Bio - I started Early Skateboards Australia in 2000 after making longskate boards for about a year under the Early oldboards. I have been long skating since 1997 after purchasing a Cosmic 2 Sector 9 from the boys in San Diego. After returning home to Oz from travelling the Globe for 12 months, I wanted to develop my riding so I needed different boards to take on the speed hills and the various styles of long skating. Myself and a crew of riders sterted to ride seriously and from there we started to ride with Steve and develop what we believed was happening in the sport overseas. The Reb Bull Carpark series happened in 2001 where we proved to be some of the best riders in the State. I have ran the National Slalom Compitition in Bangalow for the past two years, it has proven to be a great event that should continue each year. I have released "Early days" longboarding video and the Early Skate Team had a good part in "Super Styling" long Skate video. We have also had a story on " Chilli Factor" Channel 10 on Early Skateboards Australia and just recently the Team has been featured in a short film for the Boardshorts Film festival called " Slide". I am looking to develop the sport in this country and would love to see it one day as a recognized part of the boarding world.
