Baskerville Gravity Races, Tazzie 2006

 The Baskerville Gravity Races were held 20 minutes from Hobart city at the Baskerville raceway. The race attracted riders from the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and a few Tazzie locals.

          The heats in the Speedboarding was run as a 6 man heat and 1st place recieving 6 points and 6th palce getting 1 point. There was 6 heats and could have been anyone's. Racing was tight and the big wheels seemed to be going good guns. Jeremy leading the first few heats with Fitz hot on his tail. Kanufi was there pushing with the top group. Robby and Noah from Tazzie had a fun day aswell and will keep the wheels turning down there.The last few heats saw Steve pull out the big pushes and taking the lead in the last few heats to take the Lead by 3 points. The Skating was hot and fast, and it shows that the pace is picking up and riders are charging.....

    The Street luge was run in 2 three man heats run on points aswell. Racing was also tight and there was also a crash. A novilty rider "Terry" riding Skeleton styles on his double kicker Longboard had a fun day, pulling off a crazy slide at the end of his runs. Troy came in 1st, Pat 2nd and Sparks 3rd.

  The Billy carts had a fun and fast day with Scotty taking out the main billy cart event.
